Dreamer to Achiever workshops, developed by Tankut Ayan, consist of many different workshops that support participants to expand their perspectives on their inner world and discover their self-leadership potential.

MENTAL STRATEGY COACHING SESSIONS

The purpose of the mental strategy coaching sessions within the Self-Leadership program; It is to open a space where clients can observe themselves objectively, to stretch their current perspectives on their inner and outer worlds, to remind them of their inner strength and self-leadership potential by allowing them to discover their talents and strengths. Like this aim; take action with motivation and courage by helping them become mentally clear and to support the development processes of the companies they are a part of.

PROGRAM DURATION

  • The average duration of the Self-Leadership Program is six months.
  • Mental Strategy Coaching session lasts an average of 45 minutes.
  • Each Dreamer to Achiever workshop takes an average of two hours.
  • The talent pool is created by your company’s HR Department. If necessary, the Vibe to BE team can provide support during the creation of this talent pool.
