There are TWO main branches of breathwork:
- Accelerated breathing or associated breathing
- Pranayama (breath awareness, coherent breathing).
The main benefit of breathing work in Vibe to BE is to unblock trapped energy in the body. Unhindered body energy will help you feel better, be more in touch with yourself, and enjoy what deep meditation can be like.

At the beginning of the session there will be a short talk to give you a bit of information about the breathwork, what will be done and intentions set during the session. Next, you will learn about active breathing patterns and then the Vibe to BE breathwork therapist will guide you through the breathing practice. Finally, there will be a short period of time for speaking. During the session, you may experience emotional relief, changes in body temperature, tingling, shivering. After the breathing session, you can feel connected, calm, energized and have a clear mind.
